"My first impression of customer service wasn’t great. When I checked in the young clerk did not glanced our way he had eyes on his computer but heard us come in, then gave us a room on 2nd floor. He seemed a bit flustered when I asked how to get to the elevator, he informed me there wasn’t any. I obviously walked in using my rolling walker if he was paying attention to begin with he would have noticed. I stepped back so he could see my walker & then he assigned us a downstairs room. "Overall this is a decent little hotel. There's coffee in the lobby in the morning and an iHop next door. There's also a coffee maker in the room as well as a fridge. No microwave unfortunately. We were skeptical how clean the room was, we found a fair amount of items on the floor/just under the beds and the shower had hair in it that was not ours. Our balcony also did not have chairs and a table and all of the other ones was saw did, we figured this might have been because we were in a back...
