"The hotel was really nice and the rooms as well as bathroom were spacious. There were a lot of amenities and room service was great without fail everyday. The area was close to a station but there wasn’t much to do around there. The staff were very kind and helpful when asking for directions or holding luggage. "I originally booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios. The property is conveniently located right outside the train station and is a few min walk to the studio gates. The hotel was very clean & staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread. It's not a themed hotel, but will definitely recommend to those looking for a hotel with great value & convenient location. "
