“Great location, thoroughly recommend”

Great hotel, the staff were friendly, excellent location in shinsaibashi which has brilliant shopping and lots of restaurants. The sub way which is the easiest way to get around on Osaka is directly across the road from the hotel. The room was a little small but smart, it had everything I needed as I didn't intend on spending much time in it. The hotel itself is very nice and has 3 - 4 restaurants to choose from if you wish to eat there. I thorough recommend this hotel due to its location.

Hotel restaurant prices are a bit high. Perhaps some of the restaurants in the hotel should be for the lower priced traveler or for families.

“Very nice”

Hotel is on one of Osaka's main streets, right over a subway station in a popular area. Twin room also had a sofabed and coffee table. Bar on the top floor has a nice city view but closes at 11:30pm on Tuesdays. I hope to stay there again.

“Great stay, wish could've stayed longer”

Great hotel in terms of location and amenities provided in the room. Room is abit small, like most hotels in Japan, but almost everything is available and convenient. Would definitely come back.

“Best value hotel on our trip to Japan”

Great hotel, especially when they offer their rooms (643!!!) at a reduced rate. It takes a 15 minute walk to get to JR Namba station. We didn’t have breakfast here, but the hard-wired LAN-internet connection worked a treat. Can’t comment on other facilities as we didn’t use them. The hotel is accessible directly from the subway (look for signs on the boards). Best value hotel on our trip to Japan.

“fun in Osaka”

Great location, near all the high end stores and 1 block away from a huge and long covered arcade shopping mall with lots of shopping and restaurants that are reasonably priced. Subway was right below hotel. Main subway transit point was couple blocks away and has a huge underground mall also,
