"Really cozy hotel near Ebisucho station. Super clean room with all the amenities you would want, and the hotel staff are very helpful as well. This place does things right!"

"I was stay only one night in this hotel, the room is really clean and tidy, the front desk staff are nice and helpful. The renovation and equipments is quite fresh compared with another APA in Shinjuku Tokyo. The only thing is some loudly sound like street car racing in the mid night, so I take 1 star away but I will recommend for other people."

"My room views was spectacular. Bed was very comfy and ameties were great. I was on the 28th floor and could see the Osaka skylines. Although it is a bit far of a travel and a long walk like 15 mins to the train station( super crowded and confusing) going to Dotunburi (takes like 35 mins approx.) the main Osaka attractions esp Dotonburi, I still liked the area. I had to take a taxi to get the airport likousine to the New hankyu Hotel because it's just way too far to walk."

"I liked this hotel as it is near Shin Osaka station where we can go to many places. One thing I was very disappointed: the staff tried to call a taxi for us but no taxi confirmed availability. I was very surprised that she did not use a taxi app to request a taxi as other hotels do. I ended up using Papago App to request a taxi service. They should improve this service."
