"renovations being done- that was okay as that was away from our room . But our room had been recently renovated but there was still a mess on the stairs near us and the walkways nearby. There was no mention of renovations on the website-they should be highlighted for potential customers . The room was very small also. We dined at their restaurant and the food was excellent with very good service."

"We had a lovely stay at Janette’s apartment, whilst visiting for Harry Potter. The apartment was exactly as listed, spotless & had everything we needed. Check in process was easy & smooth sailing. We were lucky enough to get early checkin & late check out which we appreciated. The location was amazing, walking distance to beach, restaurants & main attractions at Rosebud. "This property was lovely and clean, the owner communicated regularly and it was very easy to find. Great kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The only downside is the noise as it sits on a mainroad and the doors to the balcony let a bit of noise through. But, if you dont mind this, i would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on Phillip Island. "
