It is attached to owners house so there is noise from family and dog. It has a convenient courtyard to stay with a dog. However we didn’t realise there is no water or sink in the kitchen area and the cooking facilities are an old small micro oven . To wash up you have to get water from bathroom and fill a bucket. So I would say it’s ok for a night or two and if you’re not planning on cooking. ##### David B. However, the kitchen island area didn’t have a sink.The bathroom was small though met our needs. The studio is attached to a house though it was fairly quiet. It is a very relaxing place, especially after a long day at work. The beach, restaurants, supermarket and train station are within easy walking distance. ##### Alex V. Clean place except the shower which had mould spots. Bed was very noisy every time you move. It was a good location near the beach.
