"We came in late and left early, we were on tour and booked it as a place to clean up and sleep then get back on the road. The photos aren't inaccurate, but it's kind of rough. The photos should speak for themselves; for example the sign talks about homelessness, hanging on the porch, doing drugs, etc, all saying that you will be ejected immediately for violating the rules and if you are offended, "deal with it." "I received an email the night before my check in at 10 PM stating that my reservation was canceled due to the host double booking. Not even an apology or the word “sorry” was included. I was unable to get another VRBO on such short notice in the area I needed to be in. When I responded to her email with questions about other possible apartments available for rent in this mansion she never responded. Period."

"Everything about the property was just as advertised. I had car trouble the day we were supposed to be out, and instead of charging me for the 4 hours extra, Adeola charged me nothing. Thanks again ADEOLA... Will definitely be using her place again."

"This is right near uptown. It is close enough that everything is walkable but far enough on the edge that it's not too loud. Small World coffee is around the corner and so is Hoagie Haven, Tiger Noodles and some other food spots. The apartment itself is comfortable. There were a few odd things that weren't a big deal such as linens were provided but only one washcloth. Also, be aware that the heating is uneven.
