"Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets."

I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer, if you see this location open, BOOK it ASAP, you will not be disappointed at all."

"We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here."

"House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!"

"This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! Brad and Vanessa were incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay. They are generous in providing towels, bathroom essentials, snacks, coffee pods, kid + baby supplies making our packing process and stay easy peasy. Location couldn’t be better! Highly reccomend! "My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Carriage house was absolutely perfect for us! Very walkable to many shops, restaurants, and the river. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basic amenities. Behalf bathroom was such a nice bonus. Home is historic and The property is Very nice with lots of seating areas outside. Peaked into some of the windows around the main house and that looks just as lovely. Communication and contact with host was excellent!! We will be coming back again this...

"We rented the lower apartment. Visited family and the Falls. No problems with arrivals at the apartment. It was clean and updated. The kitchen has everything in it, if you want to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. Enough places to have some good food or a coffee downtown North Tonawanda."

"Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but...

"We had a family of 10 with 2 children. Perfect location as within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants and close drive to Niagara Falls. Diane was a gem. She kept in constance contact to insure our stay was perfect. The Mansion layout is perfect for large families. Great livingroom areas to either join or have some quiet time to yourself. Highly recommended."

"Great location, nice older home with plenty of room, any missing essentials were very promptly supplied, clean… all in all a great vacation home! Possibly suppling additional photos of exterior of home and noting the steep steps to second floor would have been helpful for older tenants. Also instructions to the TV would have been helpful."
