"2nd stay at a Red Roof during our trip to Maine"
We had a great experience at a Red Roof in Utica during our trip to Maine so booked at a Red Roof in Syracuse on our return. In both locations the check using Expedia was a breeze and the staff was extremely please and helpful. Unlike most motels their pet policy is wonderful and the only reason for the one 4 rating was the lack of a fridge in the room.

"Nice Hotel Close to the Syracuse Airport"
We had a 6am flight out of the Syracuse Airport and decided to stay at the Cresthill Suites the last night of our vacation. It was amazing! They let us check in a little early since we had a big group (3 adults, 3 children) and were driving down from Watertown. We had time to get the kids settled before we went to lunch and the mall. The staff was super friendly and considerate. The suite (1 king, 2 queen) was so comfortable for all of us, especially with the two bathrooms. The pool was nice and warm and the kids had a lot of fun in it. Overall, staying here was excellent and we will definitely stay here again during future visits!

"Clean airport hotel"
Very nice, clean hotel. Right on the airport property, but still close to the fairgrounds. Would've been nice to have an indoor pool, but really not that important.

Recently stayed for 2 nights could not have been more pleased so refreshing to stay at a boutique hotel in Syracuse Loved how modern and "green" the hotel is. The bar in the lobby that doubles as a coffee and pastries area in the morning reminds me of some of the hotels in New York city Loved everything about the place

"First Impressions Can Last"
The room and the building itself seemed as if we were living in a point of time of pre-computers, which was nice. The asthetics of the carpets, lighting and overall condition of the building was still very pleasant The staff was always helpful, knowledgeable of the surrounding area and curtious to us. The complementary breakfast was simple, delicious and was always looked forward to when the morning began. The drinks for breakfast was a healthy selection of Orange Juice, Milk, water, Cranberry juice, Apple JUice, with the infinite refills. The room was more than satisfactory. The abundance of pillows was quite entertaining, aswell as comfortable. One pillow was the size of me in height (5'5'').

"Same as when I was there 2 months ago."
Same as when I was there 2 months ago. It it near the Thruway, pro baseball stadium, and DestinyUSA. The indoor pool was warm. I had breakfast at hotel buffet and liked it. The burner for the French toast needs to be hotter.
