"We stayed with our 8 year old in a bunk bed style bed. Great decision. The bunk bed has individual lighting to our son could sleep on the top while we had some light on our level. The hotel has very small rooms with a tiny capsule style bathrooms. "Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Amazing staff as well. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Lovely tea and snacks included as well. We used the Osen, gym nearby (extra change), hand the traditional dinner and breakfast in our room and toured around Tokyo. The hotel is located in the financial district which was a little too quiet on the weekends and none of the underground restaurants were open. Other than that, our experience was perfect. "First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "
