"The front desk staff was very helpful during my check-in, she even went and got fresh cookies for me (without me asking!) since they were out in the front lobby when I arrived. "This property was cute and has a lot of potential, but need some TLC and needs to be cleaned. There was a used soap bar in the shower and the floors were dirty with hair and other stuff. Our room didn’t have toilet paper or non-used soap, but luckily when we told the staff, they responded quickly. The area is very walkable, but I recommend arriving before 6pm or you will be left with food options of either a very small grocery or paying $16 for a burger. Overall, I would come back to this place...

"We really enjoyed this property for our girls weekend. Very cute & clean, nice walkable location to the restaurants/shops in the Heights neighborhood, minutes to downtown, and easy to pop out to the wineries and orchards.
