"We stayed here with our rental car to explore and see Fuji. We could walk to a lot of cool restaurants. Drinks in the hotel bar were nice with the view of the hotel grounds and mountains. "

"Great view from My room and from the onsen. Staff was very friendly and very easy to communicate with in English. I will consider this hotel for future trips to Japan. Price is not cheap, but it is worth every dollar. Great experience."

"One of the best stays I've had. From the instant we walked down the drive the team were there to welcome us in, get us checked in and seen to our room. The room itself was nicely laid out and seemed very traditional in set up, I enjoyed the fact the place was many years old traditional house and it was very peaceful both in stay and rest. "The onsen experience was fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff services. We like everything about the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk uphill from the bus stop to the hotel. While the hotel offered shuttle pick up from the bus stop, this information was not made known to us. We wish we knew to call the hotel to pick us up. Dragging our large luggages up the hill for 30 minutes was quite a challenge. "
