"This is a beautiful hotel with excellent friendly staff. Bed is very clean and comfortable. Room clean and well laid out for comfort. Food is delicious with layers of flavors and well presented. Room service was excellent and quick. We also appreciated Dev and Lilly help with an issue presented. We will definitely stay here when visiting Vancouver again soon. "

"They were very friendly and helpful. When checking in the desk clerk went with me to my room to make sure I wouldn’t need help with getting my luggage in. They were very helpful when I accidentally locked my key in my room. It was in walking distance of different places to see."

"I had stayed at this location on Feb 16th for the night. The surrounding areas are a little rough which is fine. However, in the room not one single electrical outlet worked and I tried ALL OF THEM. Was unable to charge phone or do hair etc. Woke up with two bites on my face, i’m not sure if that was from the sheets or the pillows. Was extremely disappointing. "
