"The beach and pool provided a delightful experience. The nightly live entertainment during dinner was fantastic. The rooms were clean and peaceful. However, the staff seemed unfriendly with constant frowns, which wasn't welcoming. Also, the food was excessively spicy, although breakfast was enjoyable. Dinner options were particularly spicy. Despite these drawbacks, overall, the excursions and transportation to the airport were excellent, making it a wonderful experience."

"Prices are higher than ever , new management its all bout money and greed. the only way anyone smiles there is only if you tip them. The stay at the beach was painful as all the palapas / umbrella's were taken and you have to pay $40 daily to have an umbrella that barely protects 2 people.. even free water at the lobby now has one that needs tip to give you a tiny cup. "
