"When David built this basement apartment, he did not spare expense. The design and the quality of materials, fixtures and appliances is top notch. Not to mention the top of the line Sony projector, movie screen and surround sound. It feels like you are in a theater. Of course now we are spoiled at home with our puny big screen LOL. Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future."

"This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom.
