“Excellent location and my new goto hotel in Portland”
Excellent hotel in a very central part of town. The view from our room was amazing and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent, too. The room was small, but didn't really matter to us since we only slept there. The bathroom was large and included a glass-walled shower and a jetted tub. To save money when parking, park at the city-run Smart Park garage on 10th and Yamhill (one block north from the hotel entrance). We paid $15 for three days of parking, with one validation from a local merchant. Definitely better than paying for valet parking! I will definitely, without a doubt, stay here again.
“Good downtown hotel”
nice hotel to stay at while in town for business. beds are comfy, and room service does a great job.

“Very nice”
Room was clean and nice. Cleaning staff actually followed the hotel's policies and respected our request to not change sheets & towels each day (it sounds strange to say that but many places put out placards with the option, then don't follow it). Hotel listing shows wireless access but it's a daily fee to use it. They have 2 computers and one LAN plug-in in the business center in the basement.
“Great hotel in the heart of downtown Portland”
This is a wonderful hotel, beautiful & spacious rooms, great view of downtown Portland, walking distance to all downtown shops, restaurants, etc... Everyone working there was friendly & helpful. Would have been nice to have free parking, but the rest was great!
“Excellent!”
We've stayed at a variety of locations in Portland on our weekend visits and The Paramount was by far the BEST for value and location. Will definitely stay there for our next visit!
“Downtown Portland”
This is a beautiful hotel right in the middle of Portland. Wonderful access to shopping and museums. Rooms are small but well appointed. Breakfast is mediocre at best in the restaurant, but Asian inspired lunch and dinner are superb.
“Very nice hotel”
It's within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the MAX rail system and even a movie theatre. We were very satisfied and would stay there again.
“portland great hotel”

“The Paramount is Terrific”
This nice hotel is right in the middle of all the goodies in downtown Portland. Great staff, nice facilities. We felt spoiled by the end of our stay.
