"well-appointed house in Pacific Beach neighborhood. house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. plenty of extras are provided - including lots of beach stuff (we were here in december - not cold, but not quite beach weather). loved the neighborhood - some great bars and restaurants in walking distance. in spite of the nearby nightlife it was VERY quiet. would definitely stay again."

"Our family of 7 Adults and 1 toddler stayed comfortably in this house. The location is perfect to walk to Belmont park, the beach or the bay. Beds were comfortable and the house was set up well. The back yard firepit and Bbq were perfect for our group."

"Fantastic location across from the Pacific Ocean. The owners/managers are friendly and accommodating. However they request check in after 4 pm, but lock up at 5pm. You then have to use the phone provided to be given a combination number to access a locked box containing the room key. A nuisance if you are tired after a long trip."
