"Good location"
The hotel staff was friendly. There was a clean towel shortage, so we had to wait for them to be washed. The hotel was close to our convention location, so that was nice. I would stay here again for convention or vacation.

"Wonderful tranquil Place to spend a few days."
Wonderful tranquil place to spend a few days well the sitting the beautiful city of Austin. That being said, I have to say there were a couple drawbacks. The design of the shower/toilet area is a little weird and cramped. One must be a contortionist to exit the shower (which leaked at the bottom of the glass door the duration of our stay). Also the housekeeping staff did not make up our room on one of the days that we were there. After having been gone all day, exhausted I came back at 5 o'clock to see that it was never made up. The housekeeping staff did clean immediately after I reported it however.

"Great place to stay in Downtown Austin."
Great place to stay in Downtown Austin right in the mix of everything. Also, I received great service from a man named Eric when I was checking in. Great recommendations and very friendly. I was traveling for business and it was a great place to call my home away from home.

"Small room."
Relatively clean. Mold on the shower curtain that could have easily been cleaned. No place to sit outside and the pool was closed. I asked if I could take one of the chairs from the pool area and was told no to take my desk chair outside. So we had to take turns standing and sitting since there was only one desk chair. Good breakfast. Microwave and mini-fridge.

"Very nice hotel"
The hotel is in a great location and is appointed very well. Our room was very small and was on the back side of the hotel which proved to be very noisy especially at 5:00 in the morning when it appears is time to empty the garbage into the dumpsters outside of our room. Overall a great hotel and would probably stay there again but in a different room.

"Birthday weekend"
I love it here will deffinately be coming here on my trips to austin, the room was ok I mean it's kind of an older hotel but to me it was very comfortable and I like that we have to use our key to get in and out I felt safe. The pool was clean and kept up with, the staff was super sweet too they even gave us tips on where to go for sight seeing. Only thing that was horrible was parking, the spaces are so small it's ridiculous. I have a compact car and still had a hard time parking and getting in and out of my car. But will for sure recommend to my friends and family.
