“Hyatt at Austin - THE place to stay”
Everyone that works there is very friendly and knowledgable. Rooms are nice size and comfortable. River view is beautiful!
“Heartfelt thanks!”
We stay for the St.Edwards University graduation, and were surprised by the flyers congratulating the St.Ed's Grads, That was very thoughtful, and touched our hearts. Thank you Hyatt Regency for a wonderful stay!
“Hyatt Austin”
We love this Hyatt. Favorite hotel in Austin. And we've stayed at all the good ones.
“Couldn't ask for much more.”
Wonderful views of the lake and downtown Austin, with ridiculously easy access to the lake trail, great local dining, the Stevie Ray Vaughn statue and the "bat bridge," even though the bats appeared to be on vacation the two nights we tried to watch their evening departure. The upper-floor room was great, although the overhang from the floor above did limit our view a bit. Splurging on the "breakfast included" rate paid off with breakfast in bed! The ice maker on our floor was leaking one evening but maintenance responded promptly. A planning note -- if you're thinking about reserving a room over the weekend, it's worth it to check with the in-house reservation staff to see if the hotel's hosting any weddings -- we were two floors below one celebration and had to complain about the noise,
“Great Hotel! Great Location!”
The hotel was beautiful very modern! Beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were a little small but we absolutely loved this hotel.
“Texas Hospitality”
Stay was fantastic - close to SoCo & Downtown, upgrade to a balcony & you can see the Congress bridge (aka. bat bridge). The hotel has a central atrium which people complain can be noisy, Had drinks at the bar & split a margarita pizza (flatbread type), our stay package included the breakfast buffet - made to order omlets, fresh fruit, pastry selection. Will stay here on our next visit.
“Great stay at the Hyatt Regency Austin”
Great location. Close to downtown. Easy parking. Lake view room was awesome.
“Nice location and view of town lake”
good value when you get the breakfast included. Only complaint was I had to remind them to remove the breakfast charge. I hate having to check the bill for over charges.
“Great hotel”
centrally located. could get to downtown by walking. many great places to eat nearby. hotel staff was very helpful in assisting us in finding places to go, etc.
