“Hotel experience and staff review”

Location was great for 6th and Congress area without being directly on those streets. The staff was superb-front desk, doormen, wait staff, everyone. Room was extremely quiet and security was excellent.

“Great location, great place, great people”

Though it's by a very busy part of town, it's not so close that the ruckus bothers you. And, they don't treat you like part of the crowd. We came here for a special occasion and greatly enjoyed it.

“Fabulous 40th”

Our overnight stay was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The room was quite comfortable and the staff were immediately available if needed. The concierge answered questions about dining establishments nearby and they proved every bit as wonderful as he said. Upon returning that evening, we were surprised to find champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room, compliments of the hotel. How generous and thoughtful. Although our room was on the fourth floor, inside, the views from the rooftop pool made up for the lack of view. It happened to be warm and windy during our stay and the pool was just a perfect temperature. Having our favorite coffee in the lobby was a cherry on top. The only disappointment was the hot tub...out of order.
