"Very good location, close to Jetty Road and in walking distance to shops, beach and tram to city. Beds are on the harder side and quite uncomfortable, premises could do with a freshen up, especially the gardens. Staff friendly and helpful. "

"I had a wonderful stay. The hotel had everything I hoped for … clean, quiet room, great breakfast in an elegant dining room. I especially enjoyed the Reception Staff … warm, friendly and very helpful. But all the staff were kind and cheerful and ready to assist with any request. The location is perfect, close to restaurants , shopping and the CBD … but still quiet and close to nearby parks and leafy streets. Thanks to all!"

"Need more blankets in the rooms. It was cold and we couldn't work out how to turn on the heater. Towel rail broken and kept falling off. Location, check in and out were excellent. "
