"Everything was perfect except for check in. Arrived at 2:50 prior to normal schedule check in time at 3pm. Our suite wasnt ready. Didnt receive my keycard until a hour later. The hotell was either short staffed or they were just taking their sweet ole time. "

"Very much enjoyed the stay at Harborside. The location was ideal, close to the Casino and outlet shopping with several restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the whole stay."

"Nice hotel. Nothing super fancy, but clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic. Walkable to National Mall and the wharf boardwalk has many restaurants, bars, and coffee. Would definitely stay here again."

"Check-in was great. She was detailed and friendly and told us about the property. Beds were a bit firm and I could feel one of the bed coils but not enough to bother me. Their pillows were overly filled and uncomfortable. Bathroom ok, yes outdated but it serves the purpose. Room was big and spacious. Free breakfast included but we did not get to check it out because our room was so far from the breakfast area and wanted to sleep in more. Reading previous reviews about breakfast didn't feel...

"Modern property and saps opus suites. It’s in the perfect location. Walking distance to the capital one arena, White House and the Washington monument. Breaks is pretty good and is included. "

"The property was in a great location for all of the iconic attractions in downtown Washington. The breakfast was great we ate there everyday. Only problem was the air conditioning and heating did not work properly. We could not set the temperature in the room it was either too warm or too cool."
