"At this price for a san francisco hotel I'm not sure how other reviewers expectations were so high. My room was not terrible, the facilities are older. it was clean, no evidence of bed bugs. Location is convenient, walking distance to shopping and food. I am a female who travelled alone and checked in at 1am, I was not uncomfortable. Homeless people are to be expected in this area of the city. "
