Great location and superb service during our stay

Wonderful stay, helpful staffs and great location❤️👌

Great hotel near the Ito Campus of Kyushu University. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, and the rooms are really nice. The on-site onsen (Japanese traditional bath) is a big plus. Great hotel!

Amazing stay at Okura. The room service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. I want to especially thank Misaki for her outstanding support, her assistance truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

Efficient staffs, clean property

The stuff are very friendly and helpful

Staff were very very kind and helpful. Always polite and smiling and helping out even though my japanese level is not nearly enough + they also understand and speak english. Multiple and endless restaurants nearby. Easy 15 mins walk to Tenjin if you're looking for some shopping. Train station nearby is also very convenient as it can get you to the airport in less than 15 minutes and is also 2 hops away from Hakata station where you can take bullet trains. Did not try breakfast even though it...

Everything was great and the hotel was easy to find. The underground connection to the Hakata station was helpful although hard to find from the station itself. The hotel was clean and beautiful and staff just wonderful. Loved our time here!

The location was perfect; close to subway lines, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. Our three night stay there was amazing; we would recommend highly to our friends.

Check in staff were so amazing. When ordering a cab, they would come out and make sure the driver knew where we were going. Only unfortunate thing is the area is undergoing demolition of the neighboring mall. Not much around the property. But still a nice view

Clean and spacious room! Very convenient location!
