Location was literally in the middle of the funnest nightlife district in Fukuoka! Easy walk to subway, restaurants, and all points of interest! Staff were amazingly friendly! Room was ecofriendly and had all the amenities! View (9th floor inner courtyard) was outstanding! Just a tiny bit dated but they are currently renovating (never heard a sound).
