Amazing stay at Okura. The room service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. I want to especially thank Misaki for her outstanding support, her assistance truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

Staff were very very kind and helpful. Always polite and smiling and helping out even though my japanese level is not nearly enough + they also understand and speak english. Multiple and endless restaurants nearby. Easy 15 mins walk to Tenjin if you're looking for some shopping. Train station nearby is also very convenient as it can get you to the airport in less than 15 minutes and is also 2 hops away from Hakata station where you can take bullet trains. Everything was great and the hotel was easy to find. The underground connection to the Hakata station was helpful although hard to find from the station itself. The hotel was clean and beautiful and staff just wonderful. Loved our time here!

The staff were really helpful and friendly at check in. We had forwarded our bags from our previous hotel, and we hadn’t even finished checking in yet before they had brought them out for us.

The location was perfect; close to subway lines, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. Our three night stay there was amazing; we would recommend highly to our friends.
