I thought the cleaning staff was great. The place is always spotless. I love how all the staff is fluent in multiple languages. My only complaint is that the design of the tub. It's really hard to pull the knob to switch the water from the faucet to the hand held spray. Also the tub drains very slowly.

Excellent in every aspect. We were able to check in early, my girlfriend had a relaxing visit to the spa, we were upgraded to a suite... We will certainly return.

The hotel boasts a prime location with excellent transportation links. The hotel facilities are new, and there's a Michelin-starred Vietnamese restaurant downstairs with surprisingly affordable prices. The hotel's decor is stylish, and the staff are friendly and professional. This time, I chose a higher floor with stunning views of the Victoria Harbour skyline. A truly comfortable stay. The rooms were large, beautiful and squeaky clean. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good and diverse. The only slight negative is that the hotel sits at the intersection of two very busy roads so you have to use overpasses to reach truly "walkable" areas or the MTR. I would definitely recommend staying at St. Regis.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. Overall experience at The Jervois was great. Staffs at the front desk were helpful. Location of the hotel is very central, many restaurants and cafes nearby, conveniently located. Only wished the washer and dryer in the unit can be wash and dry in one cycle.

It didn't disappoint
