#### Sale et mal entretenu!

Depuis longtemps l'hôte ne fait pas de travaux. Sous le lit et les armoires de la poussière depuis des mois. Sur les armoires également. Je l'ai signalé, mais tout le monde s'en fou! Egalement pleins de mites qui volent.

#### Going Downhill steadily for years

Hotel is getting worse. I have been coming every month for years and the hotel is steadily going downhill. Last year, they stopped providing bottled water. About 6 month ago, they started "forgetting" to put towels in rooms systematically. How convenient it is to jump into the shower after a long flight and realize there are no towels... Their most recent move (January 2020) is to stop providing complementary coffee in the rooms. What's the big deal, while you crawl down to reception to ask for towels you can also visit the nearest convenience store and buy your own coffee... Can't wait until 2021 to see what the next "improvement" will be. Maybe bring your own mattress? In the meantime, I will be looking for other options in Sai Ying Pun after years of BW Plus.

次回もコチラを使わせていただきます スタッフの対応も丁寧ドアマンもいましたが帰りの便が早朝でスタッフが1人でドアマンまで対応してくれました 設備は古く感じますが掃除もしっかりしてました 欲を言えばタオル類がフカフカだといいですね！あとお水ペットボトルがあれは良かったですね！3人でしたので3台シングルベットがあり掛け布団もいい感じでしたので満足でした 鏡がたくさんあり女子2人いましたが支度がスムーズでした！ 空港までのバス停もすぐ近くトラムも目の前でとても便利でした

チムサーチョイやセントラルのホテルに比べてリーズナブルで、マカオ行きフェリーターミナルにも近かったので選びました。設備は古く金庫は修理が必要で、電話も通じにくかったですが部屋自体は広く快適に過ごせました。 MTRの最寄駅である西営盤からは結構離れていて坂道なので、大きな荷物を持って移動するには向かないと思います（夜はかなり暗いです）。空港との移動にはすぐ近くにバス停があり所要40分程度の空港バス（A10）、近場の移動はこちらも目の前に停留所があるトラムが便利でした。

The quality of the room reflected the price paid, which was relatively low. The room was quite old and the single beds had mattress toppers that moved around when you slept. But there was a kettle with tea and coffee and the room was spacious by hk standards, so I was happy with my stay. Could hear a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway.

This hotel is so dated back to the 1980's. It is unrenovated and the furnitures are so beated up. The room is fairly large BUT there massive furnitures inside. The free standing closed takes up a huge amount of bedroom space and so over powering. If you can afford a bit more money stay away from this hotel. I will originally given a non smoking room but it reaks of smoke. The carpet is so dirty and worn out. I did not enjoy my 3 days stay. Will never again book this hotel.

The hotel price is quite reasonable. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is old but not unattractive. The staff are polite and friendly. Facilities need to be purchased. It’s far from the MTR, but there are plenty of buses around the hotel, and you can take the A10 bus directly from the airport to the hotel.
