It was really clean, modern and well kept. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were also kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel

I thought the cleaning staff was great. The place is always spotless. I love how all the staff is fluent in multiple languages. My only complaint is that the design of the tub. It's really hard to pull the knob to switch the water from the faucet to the hand held spray. Also the tub drains very slowly.

Good view and good service !

Had a very good stay at the Shangri La, staff were nothing short of amazing, room was spotless and all the amenities I needed were available. It’s in a very convenient area for exploring as well. Would love to return one day!!

Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover.

The hotel boasts a prime location with excellent transportation links. The hotel facilities are new, and there's a Michelin-starred Vietnamese restaurant downstairs with surprisingly affordable prices. The hotel's decor is stylish, and the staff are friendly and professional. This time, I chose a higher floor with stunning views of the Victoria Harbour skyline. A truly comfortable stay. This is my first Solo trip, thanks for everything, give me great impression of hongkong

Great hotel for our Disney stay. Room was perfect size for the family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool is great for kids of all ages. A great way to spend the morning before heading to the parks. Shuttle bus to the park is frequent, the walk to the park is 15 mins and nice when it’s not too warm. Hotel is located near the financial district area it is quiet but also near some tourist areas. I loved walking on the connected bridge to the central station. The park nearby is great. The Henderson building nearby is beautiful, lots of landmarks nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious.
