I stayed in this hotel for 9 days in January. Ther hotel is very conveniently located near to Kwun Tong MTR (metro) and the APM shopping mall which is by the MTR station - 5 mins from the hotel. The A22 or A29 bus service take travellers to within 7 mins walk of the hotel, with travel time to/from the airport taking no more than 1 hour approx. I opted for a standard rate bedroom and was assigned a decent sized room on a high floor. It was roomy and quiet with a spacious bathroom/shower which was equipped with soap, shampoo and towels. Tea making facilities are provided and 2 tins of water supplied each day. Service from the front desk was courteous and efficient. The housekeeper (shout out to Rainbow) was very helpful and hard working. My bed was made up although I requested bedding not to be changed. Towels that were used were changed daily. Breakfast is provided (subject to the travel provider that you booked with) and is relatively limited. However, there are plenty of eating places near the hotel so you won't go hungry and also a decent supermarket (Yata). As mentioned, APM shopping mall is very near with a wide range shops. Would also recommend taking a walk along the Kwun Tong promenade. I recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there in the future.

Housekeeper Coco was exceptional! Probably one of the best housekeepers I have ever met in my 40+ years of travel to 20+ countries. Not only she kept my room spotless clean everyday, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable such as finding me a dehumidifier, offering me local tips, reminding me of the weather changes, etc., just to name a few! She even refused to take my tips as she told me she just tried to a good job simply making sure all her visitors feel like home when being away from home! Highly recommend!
