(289 reviews) We had horrible weather so we spent a lot of time trapped in the resort itself. Without the opportunity to dive or snorkel, there wasn’t much to do. However, the staff was real friendly and they hustled to help when we had a couple breaks in the weather to help us enjoy the beach. The food was okay but we went there for the experience and not the food. The experience was worth it. There were quite a few guests who stayed for 3 months which told us that the place is worth the commitment. The room was spotless and we were happy with the daily housekeeping. Notably, several drawers were damaged and require attention. While the food was delicious, the menu could be expanded to offer a wider variety of options. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It is exceptionally cozy and clean. However, we had a concern regarding the lack of bottled water. Upon arrival, we were provided with one bottle of water per person. To obtain additional water, guests were instructed to retain the empty bottle and refill it at the water fountain. This policy proved inconvenient, as it necessitated frequent refills. The most exceptional aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Enrique and Javier from the entertainment team were exceptionally welcoming, professional, courteous, and efficient.
