The room was nice, except for weird glass walled toilet area. The hallway were in need of attention, but overall fine for us.

Room was beautiful, a few stains on the sheets which were missed on arrival. Pool and amenities are great! Great location

The staff were friendly, clean rooms and the Brekky had a good choice.

We were upgraded to the bridal suite and it was amazing! Beautiful, large room with water views. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the gym or pool as there was a chemical Spill. Taxis take a long time and are sporadic but walkable to city. Staff is very friendly and helpful - great breakfast and nice restaurant on peoperty.

Beautiful property with two golf courses and pool and spa. Have a great scrub and massage and hub enjoyed a round of golf.

Beautiful hotel, disappointing service The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds and a very comfortable room. I was genuinely sad to leave early. Unfortunately, the service really affected our experience. The receptionist who checked us in was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I tried to ask questions. I requested chamomile tea for the room, but it never arrived. I had also requested hypoallergenic sheets, which were not provided, and I experienced terrible itching. The Wi-Fi did not work properly and reception was not helpful when we asked for assistance. The Tonic Health Club is also very small and was constantly full of children, making it difficult to relax. Earth & Vine was closed, so we ate at 22 Bar & Restaurant. Prices were very high and the menu differed from the one online. However, the waiters were lovely and my partner really enjoyed his steak. On my partner’s birthday, a lovely waitress offered to help with his cake and asked the manager if they could sing Happy Birthday. His negative reaction happened right in front of me, which was uncomfortable, although they eventually did it. A gorgeous hotel, but sadly the lack of warmth and helpfulness from some staff really lets it down.
