Pros: The rooms and place were clean. Generally cool vibe, nice staff. Betts restaurant excellent breakfast. The cons: The valet, though nice, could not handle the number of vehicles that day, needed to circle hotel for 35 minutes before could park (only 3 spots in front to pull in). The elevator broke with us in it, had to call for emergency help. It bounced up and down, got out as it was lowered 2 feet and we had step out and get all our luggage off. Gave us free valet parking, only after I talked to manager.
