Staff were nice but person checking me in answered the phone twice while I was checking in which slowed down the process.
Parking entrances are not clearly marked but the parking lot is good (underground parking).
The suite was severely outdated (think the sets in the movie Backrooms).
I would not stay in a suite in the Tower again.
Would be good for people travelling who need an inexpensive, apartment-style place to stay.
