The property and the rooms were amazing but unfortunately the staff wasn’t. At the check in they tried to put us in the basement room with a view of a retaining wall. Every time we had a question about the area activities, etc., they had no answers for us.
They told us about the roof top bar but every time we tried to go we couldn’t get in and they didn’t prioritize the hotel guests.

I was charged an extra $300 at check in despite the fact that my reservation cost included full taxes, resort fees and cleaning. The clerk said the charge would be adjusted if there were no extra charges. There was no refund. Very unprofessional. I highly discourage anyone to use them
