Breakfast was good. However they no longer have the restaurant open for lunch or supper. Close to everything in El Centro. The pool should be cleaned

It is a charming colonial house, tastefully decorated, with a good breakfast and an excellent location. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant incident during check-in due to the receptionist’s incompetence, which unfortunately put a damper on our stay at the hotel.
In addition all the noise carries into the rooms.

This might be my favorite hotel, I have platinum status on Expedia, so that tells you how much I travel. the people were amazing. The culture of the staff was great. I was impressed from the moment I saw my room until checkout. I always get hotels that are super highly rated, but this may have beaten all the rest. BTW, fourth hotel I’ve stayed at in Cartagena this year.
