The property was well located, clean, and offered spacious rooms with helpful staff. The main drawbacks were the noise from the rooftop bar on weekends and the fluted-glass bathroom, which provided little privacy.

Terrible overall experience! Firstly, the bath towels we get everyday are extremely dirty and disgusting, looks like previous customers used it to wipe shoes or something else! Refer to the photos. Secondly, some of the receptionists are not very friendly to deal with (only one we met had a smile on her face) when I raised the issue of dirty towels in our bathroom, she totally ignored and kept on change to a different subject when I spoke to her. Thirdly, omg the noises you get from outside after midnight is a total joke, I understand the trams close late, but other noises around the areas are unbearable, you’ll need ear plugs to be able to fall asleep. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here, there’s so much more other hotels around the area. First time here and it will be our last!

Incredible place. Staff are all so lovely. Loved my stay

Kitchen was equipped. I didn't have breakfast onsite, just a takeaway coffee and pastry.
