The access into the ocean from the beach was excellent. Proximity of swim up pool to ocean was great. Resort was very clean. Good service. Occasionally had a hot water issue. Loved the preferred club restaurant by the beach. Could use more seating for some night time other than the big show. Add more tables to lobby bar for example. You can't really call the sports bar a sports bar.

Dare 5 srelle ad un tutto incluso proprio no troppe piccole mancanze. Però devo ammettere che dei 7 alberghi che ho visitato in questi anni in Repubblica questo in generale è il migliore in base alle mie aspettative camera rifatta in modo che potessi riposare il pomeriggio camerieri sorridenti e gentili poi??? Un mare stupendo se vuoi giocare con i pesci e’ uno spasso altrimenti loro fanno come se non ci fossero nessun disturbo il reparto veramente scarso è la cucina sopratutto la pizza dovrebbero vietargli di farla ( orrenda) e la pasta si fa al momento e non messa la così alla vigliaccata ecco perché no 5stelle ma per il resto bravi continuate e cercate di migliorarvi

Great place! Apartment for 5 people impecable. Great service and kindness from reception desk. Beautiful place to snorkel and dive due to rocky small cliffs. Not the place if you look more for sandy beaches. Stayed there with 3 kids and had a great time. Strongly recommended.

The staff is superior to any other place, the food is top tier, the beach is amazing. Will continue to go back

The grounds were impeccable. Most of the staff was pleasant, some not so much. I am from the United States, Chicago, very few people spoke or even understood English. That made it very difficult to communicate. at one point there was an area near your lobby that the grout was missing and I tripped and fell to the ground and scratched up my leg. I tried to tell the front desk, the problem, and no one understood me. I’m 66 years old so I hope you maybe look into that, it could’ve been worse for someone else. The room was fine, again language difficulties made it a problem to get information on your amenities. Your app was not working properly on my iPhone, so some of that did not upload and I missed some things to do. The Peruvian restaurant was my favorite, the food was fantastic, and the wait staff very pleasant. If it weren’t for the language, problem of not enough staff speaking English or even understanding English, and that includes your front desk, lobby people, I would love to come back. I came with my son, his wife and two-year-old grandson, who adored your baby pool, but he needed someplace to run around, and. Play. The children playground area was closed off. It would be nice if that we’re open for little ones to play on swing sets, etc. and not just always in the water or the sand. thank you for listening. Pamela Middaugh Donald.
