It was perfect for the two of us, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The place was very spacious with a nice TV and sofa, so we had a wonderful time.

The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped

Good Overall

Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. Noticed only one set of accessible stairs to get to the upstairs units. Kitchen was nice, and we appreciated having kitchen/cooking items available to us. Parking was free and convenient. Unit was very clean, and hosts were great. Thank you!

After reserving the jungle house i was flooded with texts from them wanting me to add on different “packages” they had such as extended stay, add a guest ($105 charge even if they just stay a day), $50 to park, $79 for the romantic bundle etc. we ended up buying the early check in so we could check in at 1pm. We were running late and arrived at 2:15. At 1:44 the host texted us to inform us we couldn’t use the front door because the city completely tore up the sidewalk leading up to the step. We go in through the back and i use the restroom in the half bath. Toilet doesn’t flush because the chain is broken. Go to take a shower, no hot water even after running the water for 15 minutes. Try to sleep in to 10am, jack hammering starts at 7am tearing up the rest of the sidewalk. There were ants, structural issues, the locks were constantly engaging and then disengaging on their own. At one point the ac shut itself off. This is the furthest property from luxury that i have ever experienced. Definitely not worth the money, or billions of texts you’ll receive trying to get you to add on a new package to your stay.

Good Overall

Sigh. If it weren't for the night staff, I'd give it 0. The building feels like it's falling apart. We had to move rooms 3 times because the room wouldn't get cold - The AC just blew warm air. I wouldn't recommend it.

Beautifull hotel! Food was a little bit cold tho, but other than that excellent hotel, up to date, well thought on decoration, beautifull blue/green paint at bathroom and bedroom. Keep doing great 🤘👌
