Very nice hotel in a great location to Beale Street

This was more than what we expected. Chekin was super easy, owner was very flexible as we had last minute change in plans.

Room was very clean and quiet. Staff were professional and friendly. Delta Restaurant was like an iceberg temperature wise at dinner. The Filet Mignon was also barely warm for one in our party. Other entrees were good. Breakfast in Delta was excellent the next morning. Musicians in the lobby bar area were outstanding! All in all, a very nice experience.

Excellent choice. Perfect location. Great amenities. If given the choice, will plan to stay here again if my travels permit

We did not arrive until 11pm and the front desk clerk that checked us in was AMAZING!! She was so kind, friendly, welcoming, and funny! The rooms were very nice and clean and the bathrooms were amazing! So big and roomy. The tub was a nice relaxation after driving all day. I must say the employees of the hotel were top notch, but the employees for the store were less than desirable. With as expensive as things are I was disappointed that the breakfast did not come with the room, but I would return! The other thing with the breakfast was the waitresses starting arguing in front of my children about when to cut off breakfast. My children got there early, the waitress said she would be right back to take their order and then didn’t return for 13 minutes. It was past breakfast time by then. It was just unprofessional of them to argue over the breakfast in front of my children. My son was very worried he got someone in trouble. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend!

The staff were so helpful, particularly the doorman Diedrick (not sure of spelling). The room was spacious and clean. The rooftop bar was lovely. The breakfast was good.
