Calgary South Yoga Vacations

We really enjoyed our stay, but have a few suggestions. The AC wasn't working properly so it was fine during the day but got hot at night, a fan would really help. Also the living room sofa, the cushions need ti be a little better, we felt like we were sinking in.

Clean room. Walking distance from Banff downtown. Plenty of dining options available around.

The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless

My experience with this booking was extremely disappointing. From the time I booked through Expedia to my arrival at the property, I encountered significant issues. Before arriving, I attempted to contact the property using the phone numbers provided, but I was unable to reach anyone. When I sought assistance from Expedia, I did not receive meaningful support. As a result, I was left waiting outside the property for an extended period in an area where I did not feel safe. During that time, I experienced a threatening encounter, which was very distressing. Despite explaining the situation and providing supporting documentation to Expedia afterward, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or resolved appropriately. I was charged for the reservation even though I was unable to access or stay at the property. The experience had a significant impact on my well-being and caused substantial disruption to my life. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking this property or relying on the support I received in this situation.

One of my favorite places we stayed during our week in Alberta. Fabulous views, cute and functional accommodations with excellent service.
