We enjoyed the size of the room and convenience for accessing all the fishing spots. We would recommend to have on hand some paper towels and extra trash bags. The decor in the room was perfect, gave the place a real ‘home away from home’ feeling! We would definitely return next year! Thank you for the opportunity to stay!

The Hibernation Station is one of the highest rated properties in the Sterling area. Why? Because value. You are paying for a zero frills stay, and you get near zero frills. Bed, shower, coffee in the AM. That’s about it. But the place is very well kept and very clean, and is a bargain. I’d have absolutely no qualms staying there again, if I was looking for a no frills accommodation.

This place is a hoot. Each "room" is actually just a small stand-alone structure: mine was a small cabin and the guy next to me was staying in one of those old '50s trailers. Bathrooms and showers are good; can either use the ones outside the main house or those inside. Really fun place. Only a few minutes north of town. Okay to cook your own food in the main house, which has 2 kitchens. Good choice to stay there as long as you don't need a big room.
