From the outset, the Eden Roc resort staff were so friendly and helpful from booking in to checking out and all of the dealings in between. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Everything was inclusive and the quality and variety of the food and drinks was exceptional. All areas were clean and you could not wish for any additional facilities in my opinion. The site is large with 9 restaurants, several bars, several pools, one beach area, games and activity areas and a shop They seemed to think of everything including facilitating guests to watch the World Cup while we were there. The resort is close to Rhodes old town and transport to and from the resort was easily arranged. The only negatives to note: I was disappointed that my bed was two twins pushed together and that was also my son and his wife’s experience, it was difficult to book some of the restaurants for evening sittings, if you didn’t get to the pools early in the morning, the beds and shades would already be taken (by guests depositing a towel and then walking away) and even though there was a policy of removal of towels if the beds were not ‘inhabited’ over the course of an hour, this was difficult for the resort to police (however there were always free beds and shades beachside) and the evening entertainment, although very talented was a little ‘samey’. All in all though, a very pleasant experience.

Really nice complex, with direct and easy beach access. Relaxed and layed back atmosphere, as the complex is not too crowded. Service and stuff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. The interiors of the rooms is a bit outdated and shows signs of wear. Still, rooms are very comfortable and very clean, so we enjoyed staying in ours. Overall, highly recommend.

The architect, setting and decor all breathtaking. We loved our room - a prestige suite with private pool - and have never had such a relaxing break. Staff were lovely and friendly and the food really delicious too - no complaints!
