Unfortunately for us we had some bad experiences which left a bitter taste in our mouth. 1. The room itself looks good, but in close inspection was lacking in maintenance, kitchen drawers that refused to stay shut, lights in wardrobe faulty/flickering, shower cubicle is dangerously slippery with no matt. A touch pad for lights and AC that you need a degree in science to work out. We also found a Kamagra gel packet that was under our vanity until, it was there on 1st day and still 2 weeks later, says a lot for the cleaning team. 2. Poolside food is very over priced, we ordered 2x smashed burgers, I informed the staff we were in the Sanctuary at time of ordering, 1 hour later they found us and gave us the luke warm food, I complained about this and returned the food, to which it had been served back to us after being reheated. 3. We did have a lovely meal in 360 restaurant which we would definitely recommend, but this was soon spoiled by the extortionate price we were charged for 2x Rum & Cokes at €36. 4. Amazing resort in a nice quiet remote location We will go back again

Was a bit disappointed. If you class chicken nuggets with a side of pasta or rice everyday 4* then you will be fine. Had 1 decent meal in the 4 nights i stayed. Advertised aircon rooms, was more like they tired a handheld fan into the roof. No airflow, no cold air. Just the noise of a fan. Waterpark was decent, however if you want your all inclusive experience at the aqua park. You have to pay an extra £13 per person, per day. To then arrive at the aqua park and find the only drink you can have is a bad wine or cheap beer. All inclusive bar food - 2 pieces of microwaved pizza or a rustlers burger. Hotel makes decent drinks, but if you go to the main bar advertised by the aquapark. They make terrible watered down drinks. The pool is small at the hote, so you will be forced to go outside of hotel to do stuff, obviously ruining the all inclusive experience. All things they advertise with the hotel - tennis,minigold,bowling,massage,spa etc etc all costs extra and is just external companies. So should not be used as an advert for this hotel, as its open to public. Very disappointed for a 4* hotel. Very average experience. I have had better experiences in 2* and 3* majorcs hotels. Even a 3* in benidorm was a lot better

Our fifth time here. Our happy place. Lots of returning guests. Some staff we’ve known every time we’ve been. Having a separate adult only area is a godsend.

We had a lovely stay, although parking can be a little difficult in their small lot.
