For an Omni hotel, I was surprised how outdated my room was. The bathroom really needed to be renovated. It was nothing special, but very convenient for meetings at the RI Convention Center. The Convention Center was nice. Also, Fleming’s at the Omni and the coffee shop on the 2nd floor were good.

This is not a blow, your socks off property by any means! Dated and just ok. You’ll get the same thing for far less expense at a Sheraton, Hilton or Hyatt. Staff waa nice. There was nothing bad but certainly nothing spectacular or memorable to rave about.

This location is not the greatest… it is decently far from the nearest train station and uber drivers often got confused where to pick up and drop off. The barn door on the bathroom was falling off the hinges. Shower was incredible and the soaps smelled amazing. Funny smell in the room that lingered. The lack of amenities was what we were most surprised about.. for the money, this did not feel like a luxury hotel as advertised. It is quite dated and therefore, misleading. Walls are also paper thin! You can hear the toilet flushing in the rooms around you. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. We wouldn’t stay here again because of the location and “oldness” but I guess those are personal preferences.

Good value, Starbucks on site wasn’t good. Coffee wasn’t made correctly. Front desk ok, not very friendly. Cleaning staff was good and they clean room every day. Pool was good. AC was working well. The hotel is close to a stop and shop and close to Salem and Boston.

The hotel location is beautiful. The building is well kept and clean. The staff was amazing! We loved our room overall but there were a few minor inconveniences: 1. The shower handle kept getting stuck and was hard to turn off. 2. We went in April and the room got very hot at night. You couldn’t change the room thermostat from hot to cold. So they told us to open the windows, which let a bee inside our room because the windows had no nets.

Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Rooms were comfortable, bed was awesome !

The Blue Water Resort is right on the beach in South Yarmouth, MA. It is located near many of Cape Cod’s most enjoyable attractions. The Blue Water staff was friendly help and they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The place has a restaurant and a bar and there are lots of other wonderful restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and had one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we’ll return to the Blue Water soon!

We did not go to the bar. We had river side room view very nice
