Pros:
Beautiful and historic.
Lobby is comfortable.
Location is excellent.
Staff and service - excellent.
Included breakfast is great!
Room was large, clean and spacious.
Bathroom had heated floors and modern.
Cocktail hour was lovely.
Check-in was easy!
Cons:
Limited parking when busy.
As it’s an old building, the AC unit was a standalone unit and was very loud. If you’re a light sleeper, this will be an issue.

This is not a hotel, which is fine so long as you know that before arriving. The accommodations are comprised of seven [separate] very small rooms on the lower level of someone's house, with shared common room and shared kitchen. Some of the rooms share a bathroom so it is more like a hostel with private rooms than it is a hotel. Located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet. The owner/operator is quite pleasant and friendly. Fine place to stay if you are not expecting a hotel and much less expensive than hotels in the area; so quiet you will get a good night sleep.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and we had the best views of the ocean! I also appreciated the windows and doors that open to the fresh air, and no carpeting. We had the Tower Suite, and it was well worth the extra money that we paid for it. Also, the the inn is very tastefully decorated.
If we are ever back in PEI we would definitely stay there again!

Loved the location, the quietness was great even though it seems very young family oriented with big open spaces to kick a ball around and a pool. We loved the spa bath in the room, that was a unique touch, generally overall a lovely place to stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Great summer vibes with the other families cooking on the BBQ dinner and breakfast, nice!
