High Atlas Yoga Vacations

A great place to experience Moroccan traditional living. But maybe what makes this place above all others is the staff, and specifically Housni. I hope this guy gets his own hotel one day. Great people and experience. Don’t look elsewhere.

Staff were fine. Had food poising from the hotel restaurant. Room initially put in was absolutely disgusting with flood from leaking water from toilet pipe and door handles broken and even the main door not closing properly.! Did raise this with reception staff but felt like they were disinterested. Didn’t do anything much until asked to speak to manager! One of the staff was helpful Kareema.

We were 2 family of 3 with 2 different rooms. both room phones never worked from day 1 and never fixed in our 3 days stay even with multiple request in lobby, Anytime we needed something missing , had to walk long way to reach lobby, and they may or may not send to room as they know you will fed up. i guess that was a systematic issue to have reduced staff and casing ZERO room service. i am sure , it is something that not going to be fixed

The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and a great place to unwind after exploring the city, but what really stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and always happy to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

All the staff are great. Loved our stay and the experience.

Everytime the room was turned down items were not replaced...... We asked four times for more toilet roll, ended up going to the desk to ask. We had bottles of water confiscated coming back as not allowed to bring things in, it's summer in a desert city....... These were not returned upon checkout. Hotel is no way a 5* it's tired and needs upgrading massively. Air con didn't work when we arrived in our room and we had cockroaches! Bathroom very tired with some black mould and no work bench or shelf to put items. Staff were nice but security following you to check bags just isn't ok! It's not like we were bringing a kfc in. It was water and a bag of sweets! There was a bottle of water left for us on day one and a coffee sachet each but these were never replenished! What if I was a diabetic? Next door ordered room service and their dirty plates outside the room were left there for hours. Also on day one we ordered lunch in the hotel and a bottle of wine for 150MAD. The house white wine was not available so they offered the rose house which ended up costing 400MAD which we were not told at the time, it cost more than the three courses we both had! Walls in the room were paper thin, could hear people walking outside and next door.
