Overall, my experience was great! The beach is on the smaller side and quite rocky, but the large pool area more than made up for it. There were several restaurants that operated on a “first come, first served” basis, so reservations weren’t available for most of them. The only restaurant where I was able to make a reservation was the Japanese hibachi restaurant. However, if you were a “privileged” guest, you had the option to make reservations at the other restaurants as well. Most of the restaurants were located on the family side of the resort rather than the adults-only side, but everything was within walking distance of each other. The only real issue I had was the temperature inside the restaurants, lounges, and activity areas. They were quite warm, especially considering how hot it was outside each day. I brought a small personal fan with me, which definitely helped keep me comfortable. Overall, though, I had a great stay and enjoyed my experience!

I will definitely be staying at Moon Palace on my next visit as the facilities are top notch, the staff is friendly & there is so much to do, you never get bored. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from swimming with dolphins to sunset boat rides, it was a total dream. The only criticism if I'm forced to give one is that the WiFi isn't great. But overall i had a splendid stay.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...
