Most of the staff were very polite especially the pool bar, the bar by the beach and the sports bar. Restaurants were often closed. They seem to run out of types of alcohol everyday at every bar. Plus there was not much good alcohol to choose from. The lazy did not work. There was no flow due to it being broke all week! The lazy river was one of the reasons we wanted to go. The beach on Ocean Eden Bay is all coral when walking into the ocean. It was extremely dangerous because it was uneven, slick and holes in the coral you could step into. The pool was missing tiles everywhere. The bar pool had a massive amount of glue on it to hold on the front edge of the bar. It looked incredibly tacky and even could cut you. Someone said they got scratched from it down their side. About the 3rd day that whole edge fell off and hit someone in the foot. The people had to pick it all up and none of the staff said anything. The jerk shack would run out of food in the middle of lunch and then there would be an hour wait. A manager talked to some of us when we were leaving because we said it was 3 out of 5 stars. But nothing was offered to compensate us. We paid big money for this trip and it was not up to par. They should have offered a future stay to make up for it. I don’t leave a lot of reviews especially bad ones. But management needs to do better because this resort has potential to be great.

This property is amazing. As we all know, management takes the best pictures to promote the property. I can assure you the place is actually like the pictures. Excellent place for couples and families. My wife and I stayed on the adult side only and it was fantastic.

The fact that the building we were in had no elevator makes it difficult for my 70 years old wife it was terrible in addition nasty surage smell makes us uncomfortable

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities and amenities were first class, and the hotel itself is absolutely amazing, with lots of beautiful areas to relax and enjoy, including its own lovely pool. The food was also excellent and really added to the overall experience. We also used the spa services. The massage was fantastic and very relaxing, and I was extremely pleased with that treatment. Unfortunately, the manicure and pedicure were a completely different experience. The quality was well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this quality, and the finished result was very disappointing. I eventually received a refund, which I appreciated. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with beautiful facilities, great food, a lovely atmosphere, and excellent spa massage services. My only disappointment was the manicure and pedicure, which I hope the hotel will address so that the spa can match the high standard of the rest of the property. I would happily return.

Servers was good properly was clean. Weather was great

This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. Getting a whole lot more bang for your buck with the villa booking. The property manager, Mr Davy, was very kind and attentive from the moment I landed, and stayed in touch even after I landed back home to make sure I made it back to my destination safely. He's always a quick whatsapp message or a phone call away if you need anything. The area is very quiet, and the villa was spotless. Highly recommend!
