The pool is small but the rooms are comfortable and the location is great for exploring Cinque Terra.

Overall the staying was ok. The big issue I found was on the Food and Beverage department. Went to the lobby/bar and waited for 10-15 minutes and nobody showed up. I found out later by asking that the bar was on the terrace. Went to the bar at the 7th level. Waited for another 15’ and nobody showed up either. I ended up leaving again to get a drink somewhere else outside. I came back at 22:10 to the restaurant to grab something to eat, the waiter almost refused to let me sit, I then remarked the restaurant (kitchen) was open till 22:30. I was being served with a terrible attitude from the waiter. I used the spa, one steam room is not working, wasn’t greeted at the entrance either and I had to figure out things for myself. For a 5 star hotel there is no excuses to provide for such a terrible service. I expect much more, and this are just the basics things to expect.

Absolutely we loved our stay. The food was so good and fresh. The staff was accommodating and very, very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Nature sounds every night bring you a relaxing evening and morning. It’s tranquil and overall a beautiful place to relax.

It is a good location and an okay property, but it lacks character. The rooms are clean but are very blah! The breakfast was good, but the breakfast area felt like a makeshift location. I was expecting a bit more from a 4 star hotel.
