The check in line was extremely long however the staff was nice but the room was dirty trash on the floor sheets was dirty with stains and drapes were dusty with visible dust. The room and hotel also did not have a pleasant smell very stale. There was also trash in the hallways just a very unkept property for the price definately would not recommend or stay here again. Long line after the concert to get in the elevators the hotel should have been better prepared for the crowd that was in town for the Chris Brown concert very disappointed.

I was amazed at all the staff. In particular Morgan at reception and Chris at Valet went above and beyond. The rooms were impeccable. And QUIET! The bed and pillows were so comfortable! A 5 star rating across the board!

This was the best place I've ever stayed in Detroit. It was so close to everything, so clean, and so spacious. I would recommend it a thousand times.

I love the rustic look. The history built into the hotel is amazing to see. Large beds very comfy. We connected our fire stick, easy to do.

The staff were very friendly!! Breakfast was beautifully presented!! When I left, I felt like I was leaving a family’s home that I visited!!

I’m a traveler and this was by far the BEST VACATION EVER. The hotel is top tier. The employees are top tier. Brianna at the front desk is my bestie and she don’t even know it. You don’t need Uber or Lyft everything is walkable. You can catch the Dax bus for $6.00 to and from the airport and guess where it lets u off at?? Dead in front of this hotel. The only stop so you will not be lost. I can’t wait to return. Thank you Hotel Indigo yall are the Best.
