9/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
Check-in was OK, room was nice. The shocking experience was to find, in the morning, that a hypodermic needle had fallen onto the floor from the bed covers. Thank God the cap was on and we weren't poked, but this was a frightening discovery. We had a 6:25am flight, so we left the room at 4:30am, in a bit of a hurry, and didn't have the time to look for someone to complain to (check-in desk was deserted). The hotel needs to do a serious self assessment over this one. Unforgivable.

Crabtree and evelyn were excellent products in the bathroom. The nespresso coffee maker was easy to use. Our person at the front desk provided us with complimentary cookies. The king size bed was comfortable. There could be additional plastic glasses in the bathroom besides the two coffee cups.
